The Director of Curriculum is responsible for architecting the learning journey at Elevare. This role shapes how knowledge, experience, and practice are integrated into a coherent whole that prepares students for life. Ross designs not only what is taught but how it is lived, ensuring that every lesson reflects Elevare’s core domains: meaning, gifts, sustainable service, community, and health.
