Who is Elevare Looking For?
Come Join Us
Elevare is looking for families and teachers who feel called to help us co-create a new model of education. As we move through Phase 0 (foundation building) and prepare for Phase 1 (our first program launch), the most important step is gathering the right people: parents and educators who want to live this vision alongside us.
The Parents We Are Looking For
We seek parents who see education not just as a service to consume, but as a partnership and a shared responsibility. Elevare parents are co-builders — families who are ready to model the very practices we are teaching their children.
Qualities of Elevare Parents:
- Committed to Growth: Parents who see their own journey of learning, reflection, and growth as inseparable from their child’s.
- Time & Energy to Engage: Families willing to invest weekly time into reflection with their child, workshops, and community projects, rather than outsourcing everything to the school.
- Aligned in Values: Parents who resonate with Elevare’s focus on meaning, health, service, community, and character, and who want to live these values at home.
- Partnership-Oriented: Families who want to collaborate with teachers and other parents, shaping a consistent environment across school and home.
- Open & Reflective: Parents who welcome dialogue, practice humility, and model curiosity, even in areas where answers are not simple.
The Teachers We Are Looking For
Elevare teachers are not traditional lecturers. They are mentors, guides, and role models who see their work as the cultivation of whole human beings. More than delivering information, they embody the values, character, and presence we hope to instill in our students.
Qualities of Elevare Teachers:
- Mentor Mindset: Teachers who see themselves as coaches and companions, guiding children in discovery rather than dictating answers.
- Embodied Role Models: Educators who practice what they teach; modeling health, presence, humility, and character in daily life.
- Comfort with Experimentation: Teachers willing to co-create new practices, pilot workshops, and learn alongside families as Elevare evolves.
- Interdisciplinary Thinkers: Educators who can connect across domains (science, art, philosophy, community, entrepreneurship) and show how knowledge is lived.
- Patient & Compassionate: Teachers who guide conflict and challenge with calm, empathy, and firmness, seeing difficulties as opportunities for growth.
- Lifelong Learners: Those who embrace their own growth as central, staying curious, reflective, and humble in the face of change.
